To buy any piece Eternamente Jóias you can go to a trading partner or in our online store just visit the page of the article in question and click on “Buy”. After adding all the pieces you want to purchase just click on the icon with the shopping bag and fill in the necessary data for order processing.
What payment methods are available?
Eternamente Jóias offers different means of payment in our online jewelry store. The customer can choose, at the time of order, between paying by bank transfer, paypal, Mbway or ATM reference.
How long does it take to deliver the order?
If you have chosen the payment options by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after the payment has been made. The delivery time for Portugal (Continental) is one to three working days. For the European Union and islands, the delivery time is three to six working days. In the case of custom items, the average delivery time is three weeks.
How much shipping post?
For purchases of less than 40.01€, the value of shipping costs is 4.90€. In the case of orders higher than this value, Eternamente Jóias offers shipping costs to Portugal and a box offer of the brand to other countries the value of the postage is 15.00€ with the brand’s gift box offer.

Orders placed within the EU are exempt from any customs fee.
Outside the European Union
When orders are shipped outside the EU, or to another country within the EU with special customs regulations Eternally Jewelry does not control these fees and does not have any kind of control from the moment it is received by the authorities in the country of destination. The customer should contact local customs for further information.

How can I cancel or change my order?
When an order is paid and processed at our online jewelry store it is not possible to cancel or change the order. However, you can exchange or return the item after you receive it. In this case you should contact our Customer Service (via email geral@eternamentejoias.pt 918 083 681).
How does the Eternamente Jóias Guarantee work?
All parts marketed by The Eternamente Jóias company are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty with a term of two years.
The warranty can only be activated if there is a manufacturing defect of the part. Eternamente Jóias is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of the article.
What care should I take with the jewels?
To conserve and care for jewelry, Eternamente Jóias advises to:
. Do not use while bathing, washing hands, sleeping or sports;
. Avoid use in the pool or on the beach, such as contact with seawater and sand;
. Keep the piece of jewelry away from cosmetic products such as perfumes, creams, lacquer and other chemicals;
. Avoid forcing the piece and movements where the jewel may come into contact with other objects that damage it;
How can I return or exchange an item?

Is it possible to make recordings and other customizations?
If you want to make a recording or customization you must fill in the “Notes” field when you place your order. Here it should indicate what type of customization you want. If it is not possible to perform, Customer Service will contact you.
